valet parking security rudeness
The breakfast buffet was good. It had quite a selection.
the valet parking was a joke. i had to wait ages for assistance one night, and when i nudged a tile, security treated me like a criminal. the lady head of security took her time, and nobody seemed to know what to do next.

breakfast buffet outdoor pool
the breakfast included an a la carte menu. it featured avocado egg toast and egg benedict! the outdoor pool overlooked the canal. it allowed views of the burj khalifa.
there was little connection with public transport? the nearest metro station was burj khalifa station.

weak air conditioning slow service
my stay had some rough patches. the air conditioning in the executive room canal view lounge access was weak (it barely cooled the room). also, i was annoyed by the slow service at the pool bar (it took ages to get a drink).

efficient staff comfortable furniture modern equipment breakfast options
The staff at the front desk was efficient. the room had comfortable furniture, and the air conditioning worked very WELL. i used the gym. It had modern equipment. breakfast included many options, such as fresh fruit and pastries.
the elevator near my room made a slight noise SOMEtimes.

the gym is open 24 hours. i used the steam rooms, and they were free. breakfast had lots of top quality food to choose from!!!
