The breakfast buffet was good. It had quite a selection.
the valet parking was a joke. i had to wait ages for assistance one night, and when i nudged a tile, security treated me like a criminal. the lady head of security took her time, and nobody seemed to know what to do next.

the breakfast included an a la carte menu. it featured avocado egg toast and egg benedict! the outdoor pool overlooked the canal. it allowed views of the burj khalifa.
there was little connection with public transport? the nearest metro station was burj khalifa station.

my stay had some rough patches. the air conditioning in the executive room canal view lounge access was weak (it barely cooled the room). also, i was annoyed by the slow service at the pool bar (it took ages to get a drink).

The staff at the front desk was efficient. the room had comfortable furniture, and the air conditioning worked very WELL. i used the gym. It had modern equipment. breakfast included many options, such as fresh fruit and pastries.
